Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3460795.
Actually whole of A47 from County boundary into city is filthy with large accumulation of litter and every layby and field entrance revolting. This dump at what 3 words location Remit.hypnotist.inspected You may consider it private land as on an unofficial lay-by but I can assure you I think it is yours to deal with. It is ironic that as you drive into the country the border sign welcomes you to an environmental ares of excellence. Quite the opposite. This is one of the dirtiest stretches of road in the country

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
State changed to: No further action
