Massive water puddle. If more rain comes down, the water will get to the new estates houses causing house flooding. Its getting blocked everytime it rains. Also its on the corner so the coming cars can not see it and if too much water, the car may stop in the middle and break down.
It will be passed on to the relevant department. We will endeavour to provide you with an update within 10 working days.

The standing water outside 68 Parker Road, is historic and is due to the majority of the Wittering Estate being drainage via Soakaways, installed by the MOD. These soakaways simply become saturated during intense rainfall events but will drain down soon after the rain stops. Unfortunately the area outside 68 Parker Road is the lowest part of this side of the estate as such all surface water flows build up at this location. In over 25 years the water has never breach over into what was the open field but now the new housing development, however the drainage system on the new housing development is independent and would have the capacity to take additional flows should the situation arise.
