Rubbish and gas cylinders dumped under A1 by river

Sent to Peterborough City Council 1 week, 2 days, 23 hours, 17 minutes later. Council ref: 3369044.

This is recently refurbished footpath (nene way) accessed via the old A47 east of A1, the area close by is being used by HE contractors "Grahams" who have security cameras that should cover the footpath , a vehicle has left tyre tracks by the path , so you should be able to prosecute.
