Advertising van park in centre of layby

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3324381.

A Luton van advertising ecomax power has been parked in the centre of the layby for the past 4 days and not moved. Commercial vehicles are not able to use the layby for its intended use.
