Hedges obstructing road now worse

Reported via desktop in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 11:00, Friday 11 February 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3304864.

Further to previous reports concerning overgrown hedges obstructing the Tallington Road carriageway, nothing has been done. It is impossible for two cars to pass without scraping along the overgrown hedge even with one car stationary. This problem was reported in September and again report/ 3289379. The road was closed for work to be carried out on the level crossing a few months ago but the opportunity was lost to cut back the hedges during the road closure. The hedges must be cut back before the spring growth and the bird nesting season.
