Trench dug across the road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3287550.

A trench was dug across the road to lay a water pipe for one of my neighbours. since it has been filled any large vehicle that passes over the trench vibrates our house so much so that we are seeing cracks appear on the inside walls and ceilings. this has never happened in the past. this has been happpening for the last 3 months
