Overgrown hedge and trees preventing access

Reported via desktop in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 15:50, Sunday 23 January 2022

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3260873.

Overgrown hedge and trees from Glenisla property is preventing access for high sided vehicles including emergency vehicles and bin lorries from accessing the far end of Newport Way. The hedge needs cutting back to the boundary of their property to allow for summer growth as this will be soon a problem again. I have previously reported this and no action by the property owner or PCC has been taken. Failure for PCC to take action rectifying this issue could lead to legal action if emergency vehicles were unable to access the far end of the road as this problem has already been reported. It would appear from the mapping system that PCC are responsible for the strip of land that runs parallel to the road.
