Sent to Peterborough City Council 3 days, 16 hours, 4 minutes later. Council ref: 3255516.

Rubbish dumped in the area adjacent to Thuro Grove on Goldhay Way which taxis use on a 24 hour basis to wait for fares. This area is not a lay-by.... The rubbish is thrown down and into the tree area too.
