Abandoned van

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3240766.

White van left at junction of Bringhurst & Bathurst, hasn't moved for several weeks. Front offside tyre slowly went flat and has been completely flat since before Christmas. Van is facing against the flow of traffic, on approach bend in the road, it obstructs visibility to see other vehicles approaching from opposite direction. This junction does get very slippery in snow or icy conditions for traffic turning out of Bathurst, If the van is not moved and we get much ice or settled snow there is likely to be a collision.
