Sent to Peterborough City Council 16 hours, 41 minutes later. Council ref: 3227546.
I thought PCC had removed the rubbish recently dumped here, went past today and saw bags of ? STILL there, not sure if same rubbish or a new drop black bags etc.
As this is private land we are unable to resolve, this is the land owner’s responsibility. Your report will still be sent to our environmental enforcement team who will investigate. Unfortunately, we can’t provide updates on these investigations so your report will be marked as closed once it has been received.

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
