Inadequate Barrier!
Reported via iOS in the Safety fence or barrier category anonymously at 13:36, Fri 7 January 2022
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3223079.
Near the water treatment plant in Upton, there is a wide gap with a 1 metre drop, posing a safety hazard to pedestrians and horses who use the verge area to allow vehicles to pass.
The original safety barrier became damaged so last year the council installed 3 reflective verge markers which didn’t solve the problem.
A new barrier is needed now!
