Raw Sewage seeping out from the hedgerow

Reported via desktop in the Other public drainage issue category anonymously at 19:01, Tue 14 December 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3180049.

Leaking out from the hedgerow is a large amount of raw sewage or bad smelling fluid that might be coming from a drain, but the actual origin isn't obvious.
