Open black bag of garden rubbish plus odd items.

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3167920.

Thank you for the no fly tipping signs but some people do not understand. This is in bushes behind 23 & 24 Barnstock and next to garage 49. We do not want other people’s rubbish dumped behind our property, especially when most of it could have gone in a household bin. I did not notice it till today but do not go out every day.
