Cars parked on the pavement both sides

They keep parking on the pavement there is no room for a pushchair or a wheelchair. The problem starts where is the playground up until the round about . And that's where it get worse because if you take your kids on the road it's more dangerous since the drivers are upset because cars are parked both sides and there no room for cars either
