Ridiculous road works

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3144571.

Peterborough City Council have once again surpassed their abysmal record of implementing road works that cause absolute mayhem, congestion, frustration and anger across the region. It appears “you” authorise incompetent contractors to initiate lengthy works with out any forward planning ,no monitoring or review. The Park Way road works have gone on for months with completely unnecessary restriction for alleged missing crash barriers where for mile after mile there is none! Every day the so called contractors are sat in their vehicles drinking tea, complete joke.. Highways should be both personally and professionally embarrassed at the mass delays that were evident yesterday both a.m and p.m.

Then to compound it all road works are initiated on the A47 and other routes absolute disgrace…..
