Rubbish all over pavement spanning 2 houses

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:24, Thu 18 November 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3131124.

There is constant rubbish left on the pavement next to wheely bins of two properties. There is a cascading bag of used nappies, tissue and wet wipes, amongst food, that is constant. And along the pavement next door, a rotting pile of old clothes for weeks. Both also have sofas on their front yard as result of fleas (this is clear not gossip). It is too disgusting to walk this section of the pavement, and a health hazard.
