Large cable drum reels left on roadside

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3128856.

Large cable drum reels on trailers keep being parked and left on the roadside of Orton Avenue towards the Belsize Avenue end. They change weekly and it now seems to be a regular occurrence, going on for about a month now, but no work has been carried out. They take up space especially for people wanting to park their cars in an area with limit parking, who keeps leaving them there??
