Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3111317.

Reported tree many times and now its grown enormous could have been dealt years ago but now its growing out of control , not only me and the the wife are have rheumatoid athritis and its a daily routine removing twizzlers and leaves from our garden especially in autumn which takes months to clear up , soon the branches will be touching our house as the tree imust be over 50 ft high , iwould also stress the hedges around our property is way overgrown and has not yet been cut back by your maintainence team the whole area of ravensthorpe is a mess , iwould question you we pay our rates and get nothing not even street cleaners any more , mr kenneth goodale 19, swanspool ,thank you

    A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has been unable to recommend any further action on this occasion.

    Please be aware that Aragon Direct Services manages the Council owned trees in accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.

    Continued management of all of our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one to five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
