Debris blocking path

Reported via Android in the Parks/landscapes category anonymously at 16:31, Sat 6 November 2021

The dropping from this tree is blocking the use of this path once again! The tree is over grown and needs to be either cut down or really cut back. The work man before said it is on private land but no one knows who owns the private land? This tree really needs to be sorted ASAP!!
