Manhole cover not fully replaced into the road

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3064603.

Elderly lady tripped over the raised manhole cover while out running with me last night 14 October. She suffered minor cuts and bruises but otherwise ok. The manhole cover in question is the first one on the left side of the road as you turn into Westminster Gardens from Peterborough Road.
