Tree by school
Reported via desktop in the Overhanging Trees category anonymously at 11:50, Thu 7 October 2021
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3047670.
The bits of the tree are failing of on to the path by the school and making it look messy I've not seen anyone cleaning the streets
It is right by the entrance by the school
The issue has been going on since the season has changed I'd say

Works recommended
Thanks for your enquiry regarding a Council owned tree.
A qualified tree surveyor has assessed your request and following a site visit has recommended works. On completion of the works you may feel the task undertaken may not fully address the issue raised. Aragon Direct Services employ qualified tree surveyors to undertake the inspections and all works recommended are in accordance within the guidance contained within the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028.
Continued management of all our trees forms an integral part of this strategy. All Council owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. Where inspection identifies maintenance work it is scheduled in accordingly with safety issues forming the highest priority.
For further information please read the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028
