Bollards not reinstated and missing.

Reported via desktop in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 12:53, Monday 4 October 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3040824.

The bollards outside Poplar Avenue Community Centre were removed last year due to a temporary pop-up Covid-19 testing facility in the car park which has since gone many months ago and the bollards have not been put back. They were taken out and placed by the side of the road for later reinstatement and have now gone missing. This has caused a large increase in traffic on Poplar Avenue (which is a narrow one way street with a blind bend on entry) as cars are now cutting through the car park from Scaffold Drive and I and my partner have witnessed a lot more speeding, dangerous driving and going the wrong way up the street since then. Those bollards had been in place for many years and were clearly installed there for a reason. They need to be reinstated with immediate effect before there is another accident down here or worse. Thank you.
