Eyesore still not been actioned

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3037239.

I reported this back in June reference 2818574 the response I got to that was we have notified owner. If you look at the photos the occupant of the flat nearby has recently chopped two trees and the branches of these have been dumped on what was already an issue. This footpath is not accessible by anyone as it is overgrown by the bushes. This needs to be sorted as there is no footpath the other side of the street so you have to walk in the road.
