Single bed dumped and bins overflowing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3025278.
Bin area outside 121- 122 blackmead as they use it as there bin area the green bins not been emptied since February- March time and now black bins overflowing with bags ripped open and the smell plus fly’s also dumped a single bed.

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
