Very big hedge

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 3000045.
I have a very large Hedge that's about 100 foot long I trim this evey year. This is to big for me to do now I would like you to come and cut 2 foot of the top and 2 foot of the sides I am giving you plenty of time to look at this because when you cut down in this area you never come down my street please do this Hedge this time

In accordance with the Peterborough Tree & Woodland Strategy 2018-2028, a qualified tree surveyor has visited the site, assessed your request and concluded that there is no need to undertake tree works.
We don't prune or remove council-owned trees because they are considered too big or too tall unless it is deemed to be dangerous.
All council-owned trees are surveyed by a qualified surveyor for safety every one-to-five years, depending on how much the area surrounding them is used. We also carry out maintenance work if it's needed.
