Bins are full overflowing on ground

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:39, Mon 13 September 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2998096.

Bin near bus shelter overfull, with the one removed over the road on the corner we seem to have more rubbish on the grounds and others fill quicker. The two under Redmile bridge (towards Parnwell) to the left, end of the path from Keys mobile park is overflowing with bottles, and foul bags etc, looks like it has had a fire, while this is still there it gets worse with people adding to it. There are no dog bins there either. The seat near the bin should be removed to stop all the broken glass and litter spreading all over. Can we have the bin back please at end of old eye road just before you get to cross the roundabout at the lights. It was used alot by dog walkers but now there is alot of fouling on the path and grass near by, I get fed up with picking it up when its not my own dogs. Thank you.
