Overgrown heap of soil

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2997722.

The council came to flatten out the front garden I believe of this property but then have left a heap of unused soil outside the front of the house which is not in keeping with the rest of the road. It looks very untidy as does the back garden.
