Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2996079.

This man has just come from number 118 (he lives in the house in the garden of this property) and added more rubbish to the rubbish he has piled. This consists of suitcases and other unwanted items. We have spoken to him about this matter several times and he continues to dump the rubbish on the pavement (in a heap)close to the main road.

  • We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.

Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.

Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.

State changed to: No further action
