Reported via mobile in the General fly tipping category anonymously at 08:39, Wednesday 8 September 2021
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2986839.
The amount if rubbish dumped to the rear of 125/127 Leighton has grown over the last couple of days. It's a huge hazard as this route is used to access the school. It's not dumped on school land, it's outside the fence & all over the grass between the school fence and the gardens of the houses. If you as the council can't clear this, where does that leave us?
Thanks for reporting this issue

We were unable to clear this fly tip. It may be that we were unable to locate it or it may have been on private land.
Fly-tipping will only be cleared from land owned or maintained by Peterborough City Council. We are unable to clear fly-tipping from private land as this is the responsibility of the land owner.
Whilst we cannot provide further details at this time, residents can obtain information on land ownership through HM Land Registry if required. In some cases, the council's environmental enforcement team will investigate further. Therefore, this job has not been completed.
State changed to: No further action
