Vehicles Illegally parked on Double Yellow Lines

Reported via mobile in the Car parking category anonymously at 15:38, Tue 7 September 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2985740.

Vehicles parked on double yellow lines and not adhering to The Highway Code which clearly stipulates:

Double yellow lines indicate a prohibition of waiting at any time even if there are no upright signs. You MUST NOT wait or park, or stop to set down and pick up passengers, on school entrance markings (see 'Road markings') when upright signs indicate a prohibition of stopping.

Please put a stop to this otherwise you will find more and more road users abusing the Highway Code and potentially a risk to people and other road users.
