Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2980150.

The is a dead Swan at the side of Frank Perkins Parkway. Its not causing a obstruction or in the road. Just a shame to see it there. It heading from Stanground to the Showcase junction just past the River Nene Bridge over the River.
