I contacted you before COVID but never received a reply. These photos are from then. The tenant of (this fence is at the bottom of her garden) has done her best to get rid of some of the ivy her side but people have started fly tipping from the other side (Council path I believe) which is causing the fence to get holes in it. It is all overgrown and rats have been seen
