My fence is surrounded by overhanging thorn bushes. The plants are encroaching on my fence. My fence was previously dragged down by the bushes and ivy, and this has been a persistent issue with the unkept land. Because the branches kept making their way through my fence, I'm having trouble keeping my side of the property clear and it is damaging my fence again.
