Confusing signs

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2971381.

There are confusing signs along the A1 139, Frank Perkins and Fletton Parkway where it says 40 miles an hour national speed limit 40 miles an hour national speed limit, there is a severe likelihood of a collision involving vehicle is slowing suddenly whilst other vehicles are travelling at 70+ miles an hour
