Overgrown verges, dog foul and litter

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2958790.

Public Access path from Farcet (near bridge) down to Amazon and round, back up to lake drive is very overgrown, has dog foul and litter everywhere, beginning to feel an unsafe place to walk.
