Abandoned car - not removed despite repeat reports

This is a shared parking area in Hampton Vale that has significant parking issues already due to HMO occupation. Despite repeated reporting on this site this car is still in our shared garaged area - 8-9 months later. MOT failed on this car on 6 June 2019 It has a SORN notice applied so I strongly suspect that whoever the owner is has no intention of moving this anytime soon. Local neighbours do not know who is the owner, suggesting that maybe this has been dumped by a resident in another part of Hampton perhaps. Neighbourhood watch are aware and have advised escalating if nothing further happens after this report.
