Reported via desktop in the Other public road issue category anonymously at 14:48, Fri 20 August 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2948305.

Maxwell road between unit 30-32 was reported on FMS for uneven road due to loads of potholes, caller has advised this was completed however, one of the forklift drivers has gone into a pothole and it has made them jump in the forklift and they have smashed there tooth out so there is still potholes that was not filled. If this can be re looked into as it has caused a safety issue. Caller advises it is outside the front of the building, it is the part in between the road that is going to need re surfacing, for more information on the exact parts of the road.
