Complete lack of bins

Reported via mobile in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 18:09, Mon 16 August 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2939299.

There needs to be AT LEAST two bins placed around this area around the car park. If Pleasure Meadow is not PCC land then put them near the path on land that IS so that the area doesn't look like a complete tip due to buck-passing. I walked from Rivergate, along the footpath over the bridge up to the edge of PCC land and into the car park there and there was not one bin I could put my empty cup in to. The one in the car park, apparently not PCC owned land, was overflowing so technically no PCC bin at all for such a busy large area. Unsurprisingly, the whole place looked like a rubbish tip with rubbish strewn all over the path, road, car park, bridge. ... needs at least 2 bins along that route. Not pcc land? Who cares? It is still Peterborough and looks awful! Have some pride!
