  • Peterborough Highways are only responsible for surface water gullies that are on the adopted highway, this being the Mallard Road Carriageway and the main spine footpath from Mallard road running parallel to Stirling way. If the gully (drain) is located as per the yellow marker then this are would be private as is the two 45degree paths leading from the main highway spine path and lastly the area around the entrance and the steps again will all be private.

State changed to: not the council's responsibility
