Collapsed manhole
Reported via mobile in the Other public drainage issue category anonymously at 15:10, Mon 9 August 2021
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2924491.
Since the floods in the Welland Willoughby count and Eye Road 9th July. This sewage manhole has collapsed and erupted and sunk on Belvoir way. And it's just been left, it's now nearly five weeks and nothing been done about it. Considering the damage this flash flood did with 40+ houses being flooded including ours. You would had thought the council would have seen to it and had some sympathy for the residents. But good photos for insurance companies. Anyway this is very much a hazard in the middle of the road and could be hit anytime by a vehicle. Especially with all gas pipes being relied. The area looks like a devastated site and fly tipping every where what a mess.!!
