Pavement at drop kerb needs repairing

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2909464.

The man from the council, in charge of the drains has said the pavement is sloping at the wrong angle to the drop kerb and is what is causing the water ingress to 30 and 32.

Can this be sorted please. It looks like it has sunk further since the gas works.
