Bee's nesting inside drain right next to bins

Reported via desktop in the Other public drainage issue category anonymously at 15:56, Mon 2 August 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2908874.

I was putting the bins out the other day and noticed that a bee hive has begun nesting in a drain next to the car park at the end of hallaton road. I don't know how long the bees have been nesting in the drain, but I assume a few days to a few weeks. I'm worried because a number of local children tend to play in the grassy area near the bee drain and they might get stung, possible anaphylaxis. Could someone come and relocate them to a more appropriate location.
