Reported via desktop in the Bollard category anonymously at 10:53, Fri 30 July 2021
Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2901600.
In the past there have been 3 bollards on the path here, 2 concrete and 1 metal, which were put there originally to stop people being able to access the park such as travellers. 1 of the concrete bollards has been broken off, not sure if this has been done on purpose of by accident. So there is now an access point for travellers and others to access the area, and this would need repairing ASAP. these are along the path nearby to 87 Benland.
