Over grown bushes along the walkway

Dear Sir, I have lived at this abode for over 20 years and initially this hedgerow along the walkway was trimmed twice a year then it was reduced to once a year. I used to trim the hedge on my side a couple of times a year as it obstructed the light through the windows and encroached into the guttering. I am now nearly 85 years old and now on dialysis treatment due a kidney problems, and with the concern with my knee's it is now impossible for me to do this work and I require some sort of assistance.
