Sewer filth from recent floods

Reported via mobile in the Other public drainage issue category by Omar Kamal at 17:31, Tuesday 20 July 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2878356.

Hi guys,

Hope you're well,

It has been over a week since the recent flood and the clean up operations have yet to begin. As local medic I'm actually worried for the safety of people who drive past this particular stretch of road.

The parts of bourges boulevard that were flooded are now covered in dried residue from the sewage system, as cars drive past this dust is being carried into the air and being inhaled by people. This needs to dealt with as a matter of urgency.

The worst parts run along from the Park Inn hotel entrance to the junction of Wentworth street.

Kind regards Kawsar Kamal
