Overgrown hedge over half of pavement and road

Reported via desktop in the Public right of way - problem with access or damage category anonymously at 14:51, Monday 19 July 2021

Sent to Peterborough City Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2875190.

This is a regular problem associated with 6 Peacock Way where the hedge is never maintained without prompting by PCC. The hedge is now overgrown over a good half of the pavement making using a pram, pushchair or disability items almost impossible without going onto the road which is in turn a blind corner due to the high and overgrown hedge around that property. The part of the hedge along the right hand T of Peacock Way once again has been allowed to overgrow into the narrow road by about 18" to 2 ' at the base with long seedlings and thorns sticking out from the actual hedge.

The house is presently being lived in but no-one seems to have any intension for trimming back the overgrowth.
