This vehicle Renault scenic is not only illegally parked on a junction but also on my neighbours garden leaving damage to his grassed area and slate chippings. The illagaly parked vehicle is parked on a junction for us to access out privately owned driveway, children play in this open area however any vehicles trying to access here cannot see around the bend until its too late. Emergency vehicle access is not possible either. Vehicle needs removing.
