The trees are dying and leaves & branches falling off. This is a problem now within my garden.i tried to upload a pic of the 3 trees but would not let me. I would appreciate if someone could contact me.or visit to inspect these 3 trees which are cause for concern.

    State changed to: Investigating

  • Aragon manage the City Council's tree stock in line with the formally adopted Trees and Woodlands Strategy.
In line with the above, all trees are inspected every 3 years and at that point if any health and safety issues are picked up, works are instructed.

These trees were last inspected earlier this year, and as of the inspection following this enquiry, no significant defects were noted.
There has been an outbreak of anthracnose recently whereby some of the Planes lost their young leaves but most are recovering as are these trees.

Unfortunately, any tree can shed a limb without warning but it is not proportionate to prune or remove at tree on this basis.

State changed to: No further action
