Water is standing and not draining . Pedestrians and house 211 getting soaked when vehicles drive through it .

  • The location was given as 211 Park Road however the photo of the standing water is 211 Dogsthorpe Road, therefore the gullies outside 211 Dogsthorpe Road have now been cleansed.
