Large potholes in numerous areas of the car parking area, particularly around manhole. Vegetation growing at the wall area and detritus at ground level mean that cars have to park away from wall, this has resulted in a much smaller manoeuvre area for cars, vans and refuse lorries. Also large amount of vegetation from the communal garden to the flats block a large area of space on the two spaces that back onto it. Parking bay lines could also be refreshed as some are partially visible.
